Aluminium Pagoda Tent is a temporary or semi permanent building structure constructed using high-strength aluminum alloy frames and high-quality tarpaulins, standing out among many types of tents with its unique pointed design. This type of tent combines the portability of traditional tents with the stability of modern architecture, and is widely used in various commercial activities, outdoor exhibitions, sports events, and private gatherings.
Compared with traditional flat top tents, the pointed design not only enhances the overall aesthetics, but more importantly, strengthens the drainage performance and wind resistance of the structure. The aluminum alloy frame endows the tent with lightweight and durable characteristics, while the tarpaulin can be made of various materials such as PVC, canvas, or transparent film according to different needs, meeting diverse functional requirements such as sunshade, rainproof, and thermal insulation.
The aluminum pointed canopy adopts high-strength aluminum alloy as the main supporting structure, which has the characteristics of lightweight and high strength, with a tensile strength of over 300MPa. The pointed design evenly distributes the top pressure to the surrounding columns through geometric principles, enabling the overall structure to withstand the impact of 8-10 level winds (wind speeds of about 20-24m/s). Professional tests have shown that standard Aluminium Pagoda Tents can withstand snow loads of 80-100 kilograms per square meter and are suitable for use in various climatic conditions.
The design of a tilt angle of 45-60 degrees at the apex creates a natural drainage slope at the top of the tent. When encountering rainfall, rainwater can quickly slide down the surface of the tarpaulin, effectively avoiding water accumulation problems. High quality tarpaulin seams are treated with heat sealing technology, combined with waterproof rubber strips to ensure that there is no water leakage at the seams. The surface of the tarpaulin is treated with a special coating, and the static water column pressure can reach over 3000mm, far exceeding ordinary waterproof standards.
Aluminium Pagoda Tents offer span options ranging from 3 meters to 50 meters, with lengths that can be infinitely extended in modules of 3 or 5 meters.
Side wall system (transparent PVC, mesh fabric, hard wall panels, etc.)
Lighting system (LED strip lights, pendant lights, spotlights)
Ground fixing methods (steel drills, load-bearing plates, chemical anchor bolts)
Temperature control equipment (air conditioning, heating, ventilation system)
Aluminum alloy materials are 100% recyclable, and the energy consumption during the production process is more than 90% lower than that of steel. The service life of tarpaulin is usually 5-8 years, and it can be recycled into recycled plastic pellets after being discarded. Modern tents adopt modular design, which does not generate construction waste during disassembly and assembly, and the site restoration is simple and fast.
